        At one point, I achieved 768 or so. Currently I achieve around 720–730.

      That was a pretty jolly rat house! Funny, but my son had a rat that looked just like that, and when he went off to school the rat, Ellie Mae, moved into my office with me in a house we had made for her..but not quite that exotic.
