Hi PG! So I've had one problem and was albe to fix it.. the drive battery went dead!! Was able to figure it out myself. You or your mechanic friend may find this scanner a big help. Dont have to go to a dealer to get the codes read, do it yourself!! Get one of the 50 prius miniscanners for our 2001-2003 [mine is aqua what color is yours?] read and remove your own trouble codes.
