Good to know! Thanks! Right now I'm looking for a first car for a friend with a $5,000 to $10,000 budget. As for me, I'd pay $20,000 for a Tesla when my Avalon needs replaced, as long as no red flags pop up for Teslas between here and then like reliability or insurance premiums being on the not-so-good side of the scale.

I think I may have quoted someone else or was stating what I was thinking of doing because I haven't bought a replacement catalytic converter yet.
