Your micron meter will show you if you know how to use it. Micron meter is a good tool to tell you what kind of person worked on the A/c before you, just like the refrigerant analyzer or Refractometers. A shop can say or wright anything they want, but lets test the oil, or refrigerant or moisture level and that will tell the TRUTH !.
