Are these the standard tires that come with the V? If so, what are they? How much do they cost to replace? I'm thinking about getting a V.

Yes--those are the standard tires & wheels that come with a V. Toyo Proxes A20. I have no idea how much to replace.

I was told from Toyota parts that replacement rim, OEM are around $600.00 each.

if you have to worry about the price of the tires, don't buy it. They are V rated and considered performance tires. About 200-250 each. Check at your local Costco Tire, only the correct tire will be sold and installed. That includes road hazard if you hit a pot hole etc.
