What HID kit did you use? I have been looking for a kit that would fit without major modifications.

H11 hid kit for both the low beam headlight and the fog light

I got ya. Did you have to do any mods to the three tabs (on the light bulb) that lock the bulb in place? I tried a bulb whose tabs were too big
for my fixture, so it would not lock into place.

I didn't do any mods to it. The bulb I bought fit in the socket perfectly. Although it does take some time to get it to fit perfectly. The best way to get a perfect fit is to take the front bumper off and remove the headlight to make sure the tabs lock into the headlight

I got ya..Do you know the brand of lights/ballasts that you used? I am the type to something the "right" way, but I just don't know if I want to go thru all that trouble. Ha

I went with the Xentec HID kit found on ebay but there are other brands out there and the kits range anywhere from $30-200 depending on the brand you want. I highly recommend using dilectric grease when connecting. When I first installed it on my vehicle the bulb burned out within a year. The dilectric grease will make it last longer and it's only $1. After you get your kit it's a quick plug in but the hard part is finding a spot to secure the ballast. I tried 12k bulb and it's hard to see anything at night with that ouput. If you want it like my photo I went with 3k for fog lights and 8k for the headlight. The best ouput for visibility is 6k. Hope this helps
