This picture taken late June, first time off with the car cover since TORC's 2013 18th Annual All Toyotafest car show, back in May. Time once again to crank over my Little Godzilla for her biennial smog check. Hydrocarbons were high, though. Otherwise, she sailed through, flying colors. But, the fat slob doing my smog check left smudges, grease marks and surface scratches. In a perfect world, if I catch somebody doing that to this car, I'd clock him. Power to arbitrarily fail any car, at the push of a button, the only (ONLY) people I tolerate this from, the smog check bureaucracy --
