Accessories - Port or Dealer Installed?

    I gather the packages (Nav, Solar Roof) are factory installed. What about accessories like remote start, VIP security alarm, and all weather floor mats - are they port installed or dealer installed?

    By the way, what does port-installed mean - installed in Oregon (or wherever the port-of-entry) by Toyota personnel in a separate facility??

    I called a couple of dealers here and none seemed to know where are the accessories are installed. Will it make a difference if these are dealer installed?
