In one thread there was en eBay link to a seller who claims to have them and another post mentions part numbers for them in Europe but we cannot get them here in the US still, not yet at least. I found the above threads using the search function and searched for mud flaps

 

Guess you should have written the answer first then. But then he wouldn't have links to threads with par numbers for them in Europe and an eBay seller selling them now would he?
