Blizzard Pearl with a Spectrum White Pearl Insight

    Darn. Today I snapped pictures of my blizzard pearl 2010 and my mom's white platinum tri-coat metallic ford fusion hybrid next to each other, and I forgot my camera in my mom's car. Anyway, the two colors look almost identical, but the ford white is a $400+ option compared to $200 for the blizzard pearl.

    Today we stopped at a Toyota dealer so I could look at the Blizzard Pearl up close.

    Granted, the cars there were filthy. Covered in dust... several days' worth, I'm sure.
    However, the BP is gorgeous! The depth of the sparkle is amazing. If I were going to buy a 2010, I'd probably get the BP!

    I also like how the hue changes slightly depending on the lighting or location.

    As seen here, it has a hint of blue.

    In other conditions, B.P. appears off-white. Sometimes it looks kind of silver.

    I've owned a couple of white cars in the past, but none are as interesting as B.P.

    Side note - the bright white color is a paint code available in JP - I'd imagine that fleet deals would get the color eventually.
