Gave us more than I thought for our trade in and $100.00 bird dog check to my finace'. On the way home I was averaging about 55 or more MPG's on the highway between 65-50 MPH. I thought it was illegal to sell cars on Sunday. In New Jersey dealerships are closed. I guess it is a state law. I bet you are the first one in the US to get the 2010. You have done a tremendous amount of legwork and you deserve it. I think the Priuschat moderators all need a vacation with all the new threads you started.

Cars dealers in California (and anywhere else, IMHO) would be foolish to close on Sundays. Have you seen how much business comes through dealers on weekends? The first time I've ever heard of a law where car dealers must be closed on any day (specifically for NJ) was when someone posted about it on tivocommunity.com. Anyhow, congrats to the two folks so far!

I love the fact that dealers are closed Sundays. When I am car shopping, I always go to the car lots and browse around without someone looking over my shoulder. eep:eep:
