Oregon Pinot, please. I think we'll be camped out here for awhile.

I hope my solar roof shows up while I have enough summer to enjoy it and the remote AC.... <sniff, sniff>

That's what I want (Barcelona Red); must include Safety Connect!
It's going to be a long wait :-(

My dealer just said he's only getting two in this order, and they both have to be his demos. (He said "two or three"--I didn't cross-examine him, since he'd already said that the first five or six had already been presold.)

He thinks it will be another SIX to EIGHT weeks before the next shipment comes in?:(

He is right. It'll be at least 4 more weeks until I find out what other ones I am getting.

Granted, a "2010" is seductive, but the sheer number of 2009's on lots around here seem ripe for the picking. One dealer in particular has 60+ units on the inventory sheet. I'm sure the dealers won't be giving 2009's away, but there's got to be some big financial motivation to get them off the lots once pre-sales have been satisfied.

It's quite possible that one could purchase a "brand new 2009" Prius for thousands less than a "2010" model.

And then there's that first model year to consider with a 2010. I wonder just how low in price the 2009's will go, or if the economy will dictate fewer 2010's produced in this calendar year.

No safety connect at all until the fall, that's when availability starts.

Any 3s with solar? I was reading your first list and it didn't look like there were any 3s with solar. isn't that weird? Where it is HOT and you'd want the a/c and sunroof is also where people DON"T want leather...leather+sweaty bodies=sticky seats. Maybe it's just me??

    Regionality...

The vessel with the Boston, NY/NJ and CAT vehicles on it arrives at the Port of NY around 5-29. As of the moment only the Boston region shows it's vehicles on Dealer Daily. The other two regions are blank.

You sure? Put >500 in the distance field. If you don't, it defaults it to only within 500 miles. I can see cars in Reno, NV for example. And I'm in Chicago.

 Now that just SUCKS. There goes any hopes of 'showing off' the car both Memorial Day weekend and then the following weekend when the [fake smile on] inlaws [fake smile off] come over.

They really should have tried to get these cars to people before Memorial day weekend in the states imo, it would have been a great way to get the car seen by many people. Many of us either travel that day or have a lot of people over and I am sure it would generate a lot of conversation... That conversation could lead to more talk about the car at work the following week etc.

Yes, I can see those states. For some reason, I can't see Cailfornia though. Strange.

Yes, I know SC won't be available until the fall. It doesn't make sense to me why they are not wiring them now.
    Does anyone know?
