Good. Yeah . That's what I'm bummed about the packages. I really wanted LED headlights but it's only packaged with a few features. Honestly, between the two countries (US and Canada), we have all the packages to satisfy almost everyone on this board. I know a few in the US want the solar panels without nav (which we have) and I'd like the equivalent of a Prius V in the US (but as you've posted, it's not possible).
Although, I did read somewhere that if there is enough demand for a certain missing feature in a package, that Toyota will amend the packages to meet demand !...but thats later on in production... we're beta testers :rockon:
I recently sent a note to Toyota Canada asking for further information on the aqua and if it's is actually the same as the US Misty Grey. This is the response I received... "Thank you for your most recent email.We would like to take this opportunity to explain that Toyota Canada Inc. and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. (TMS) are separate business entities. Toyota vehicles distributed in the US and Canada may not have identical equipment, options or specifications, including colours. Please note that we cannot comment on a US specification vehicle, and again can only suggest that you request that the Sales department at the Toyota dealership of your choice contact you with any information concerning the 2010 Prius the moment it becomes available in Canada. We also suggest visiting our website from time to time; the website is updated as the information becomes available." Clear as mud...
Always like a politicians answer ! I think it was Erica from the Prius team that confirmed Aqua was in fact the same as Misty Grey, so Im pretty confident that is the case. I doubt Canada would get this one very different interior colour alone ! Thanks for asking on our behalf despite the answer being " muddy "
