what's the dark stuff on the rear quater panel and door? Did you manage to burn rubber with your rear wheels? ????

Ha.. I'm so light on the gas pedal... there's no burning rubber! I play a game when driving to see how high I can get the average... coasting down hills etc. Rae Vynn is correct... it's the shadow of a tree!!

 

Here's mine as an attachment since it won't take my paste job. Ten days of dirt but the inside is still clean! 44 mpg on first tank, 200mi into the second and it says I am getting 53 beating around. Nice.

To post a bigger photo within your message, it needs to be hosted at another site, like Flickr, and then you use the Insert Image tool (looks like a mountain with a moon over it. Yellow background), and put in the URL of the photo.

Not too sure if I posted this. But, this was my 2008 Touring pkg 6 with splash guards, body side moldings, and signal mirrors.

 

Where did you get the signal mirrors and were they very hard to install?

 

I got the signal mirror from some seller from Taiwan. They have the same mirrors on eBay. Here is the link. They are pretty easy to install. You just need to take your time. There was a right up here on priuschat.

Nice - I never understood how you can put the gps in that spot. Isn't it right in your field of vision?

 

Not really, it's more in line with your eyesight/field of vision so you don't take your eyes off the road.

Here's a goal to aspire to . . . . see how many family members you can convince to get a Prius. We are (not counting three co-workers) now up to two relatives (a cousin, an uncle and the white '04 is ours) that have become prius ownes.

Actually the way I come in is only about a half mile, now mostly with the engine off! The background is a piece of the Big Horn Mountains.
