Toyota has updated the 2010 Prius website. New slides added like colors, water-repellent glass, safety connect, etc...

    http://www.toyota.com/vehicles/minisite/prius/

Actually, it says 360 and colors but I don't see an option right now to cange the colors... Probably still being updated?

They also added two new photos to the gallery and Water Repellent Glass and Safety Connect to the New Features section.

Cool. This is the first time I am hearing the Water Repellent Glass. Does any other cars come with it?

It need the side view mirror to have this WRG. The windows are not much of an issue for me.

I wonder if water-repellent glass is also ice-repellent. That would be sweet!

    yes, my GS350 has it.

basically it makes water drops behave like little dots, they dont group together into bigger blobs of water and hence it is easier to see through side glass.

    it is nice difference.

So it is like rain-x but never wear off.

This sound like a luxury car feature. Does any of the econobox come with this?

Lexus (I'm sure other manufacturers have it but in terms of other Toyotas, Lexus has them).

I'm not aware of any other vehicle < Cdn$40k that has this feature.
