    I am still waiting for a Northport show, in my home village. Toyota could open it up to the entire winter population. If they come on a day when the bar is open I will offer to buy them a drink. ;)

    We are planning to be at the NY show in early April. Things could always change but our current plan puts us there with the 2010 Prius. Not too far for you!

    I was there as well and I agree that "white" exterior color was very cool. I asked one of the reps and he claimed it was "light silver", exterior. That doesn't seem right though. Where can I see the new "blizzard pearl white" referred to in another response. What are the '10 colors for Prius?

    The new Blizzard Pearl is available for the new Highlander and you can view it on the Toyota site:

    HERE'S A LINK

    If the link doesn't take you there, just go to Toyota Cars, Trucks, SUVs & Accessories and build yourself a Highlander and you'll see the option for Blizzard Pearl within the "color" tab.

    Speaking of colors: Does anybody know how long Barcelona Red has been on the Prius? I went to the dealer to look at the colors and was impressed by the red. I remember I looked at the Prius a few years back and I do not remember being impressed by the red.

    Barcelona has been on since 2006. It is the brighter of the two reds available. I personally preferred Salsa Red, and am disappointed they didn't offer a darker red this year (like the Lexus burgundy).

    In Europe we have Pearl White (070) which I saw on the new IQ. Do you think this is the same colour? It looks the same as the colour on some of the press pics. If it is, that's the one I'm going with. I'm hoping to see the Prius 2010 in the first week of April on the AutoRai in Amsterdam. I'm not to keen on the various types of blue so I'm hoping to see the light grey or maybe even the pearl white.

    Probably. I don't think Toyota has more than one pearl white (White Pearl Crystal Shine)

    070 is also the color code for Blizzard Pearl, so the European Pearl White should be the same color as Blizzard Pearl.
