without a work around, and not that ive seen one, its not possible to do. i work for apple i cant tell you how many times ive heard this complaint
How does one get the iphone address book from the phone to the notebook? Is it via the iTunes sync process? If so, is a sync to Outlook okay? Thanks. Just hoping you can fill in the blanks for me.
Yep. It's a limitation of the iPhone. They need to implement the proper Bluetooth profile (I believe Object Push Profile) in order to enable this. Disclaimer: I'm FAR from an expert in Bluetooth protocols but am trying to learn more about them since it's related to my work.
Yes, it happens during the iTunes sync. And, Yes, you can sync with Outlook. It really is a very nice and easy sync with Outlook. Much better than any other phone I've had, mainly because the iPhone allows so much information for each contact (as well as room for many contacts). My question is how I can get the Hands Free to come on when I want to check voice mails while in the car. I can't get it to work, even when I choose Hands Free as the audio. Suggestions, anyone?
