Most Boring Thread

My sister's gps went crazy tonight and gave out all wrong directions.

 

some 7-eleven stores are selling a gps now for $99

 

When I'm done with work this morning, I'm going back to bed for a nap.

 

My guess is that on Black Friday, you'll be able to get a name brand gps (garmin, magellan, tomtom) with text-to-speech (announces street names) for $99.

 

Black Friday is going to be a particularly unhappy time for people let go from their jobs

 

It is so cold I just want to hibernate and wake up in the spring.

 

We are cleaning our bedroom today. So much dust! No wonder my allergies have been kicking my arse.

 

New Zealand had an election this weekend.
Tens of people voted.
The result was disappointing to me.
On par with an unpleasant skin condition for the next 3 years.

 

I've celebrated my birthday for three days now and had carrot cake each night. I feel huge.

 

I was surprised at the outcome of that election.

 

This is probably obvious but I was responding to samiam in my previous post.

However I will now take the time to wish perryma a most Happy Birthday (all three days of it).

 

We completely cleaned our bedroom, threw out our old bedspread, and went out and bought a new one.
It's in the washer right now.

Endora must have a nice big washer for a bedspread. I think I am going to try that.

 

We do have a front loading washer... very handy for washing bedding, sleeping bags, quilts, etc.

I slept better last night.

 

I love clean sheets.

 

I bought a bottle of wine today.

 

I bought three bottles of Three Buck Chuck about three days ago.

 

I bought a bottle of sour mash whiskey about a week ago. I haven't opened it yet.

 

We got one of those Houdini corkscrew contraptions.
Works great.

Oh, and a vacuum thing that seals the wine (if you have any left), which also works well.

 

It's 1:10 p.m., and I haven't gotten out of my jammies yet.

I think I'm going to be too late to pickup inexpensive day old bread (4 rolls for 69 cents) at my supermarket.
