In other food news, lately I seem to favor the crunchy Cheetos* over the traditional puffy Cheetos.

But this development comes at a cost because the crunchy Cheetos are rarely on sale, while the puffy Cheetos are frequently on sale.
    ___________

    * Cheetos is an American brand of cheddar cheese flavored corn meal snacks. Another popular American brand is Cheez Doodles. In Canada, a popular brand is Cheezies. In the UK, Wotsits. In Australia, Twisties.

Are the crunchy Cheetos the same thing as the baked ones? I do love the baked Cheetos, they have all the flavor of the regular ones but do not upset my stomach as the regular ones do.

No the regular "crunchy" Cheetos are not the same as the "baked" Cheetos.

I think the baked Cheetos you're referring to are closer to the regular puffy Cheetos, but with a lot less fat.

Does anyone else think that styrofoam popcorn packing stuff looks like puffy cheetos, just without the orange coloring?

And in case you're wondering... they don't taste anything like cheetos.

Looks like the Baked Cheetos are crunchy Cheetos that are baked.

Yeah, I have always thought they look like them too. Have you ever seen popcorn used as packaging? Pretty neat idea I think.

I think I get it now.

The regular "Cheetos" (the puffy, slightly crunchy, but melt in your mouth Cheetos) are baked.

The "Cheetos Crunchy" (the thinner, very crunchy, won't melt in your mouth Cheetos) are deep fried.

The "Baked! Cheetos Crunchy" are similar in appearance and texture to "Cheetos Crunchy", but because they're baked like regular Cheetos and not deep fried like Cheetos Crunchy, they have half the fat of Cheetos Crunchy.

Am I allowed to say "penis" here?

What, you don't remember the Forum Rules?

You can find the Forum Rules by using a browser that doesn't have your PriusChat sign-in info cookied.

Then go to PriusChat.com and try to register as a new member.

Eventually you'll get a screen with the Forum Rules which you must agree to if you want to continue with your registration.

But because I'm bored and mighty white, I've done it for you. Here's the rule as far as I can tell:

"... you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

In my opinion, you can say "penis" here (unless you use it in a message that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws).

In fact, I just may go to the "Four Words" thread and say it four times.

I just realized that Rae is leaving for an Alaskan cruise really soon.

I understand that if she sees Russia from there, she'll qualify to be Vice President.

I said "No" to the word "penis", not because I think it's vulgar, obscene, or in any other way violates the TOS, but because this is the BORING thread, and I do not find that to be a boring word.

    Play by the rules. Please.

I was feeling sorry for myself this morning when I checked my e-mail because apparently the whole world thinks I have a teeny-tiny pecker. In fact, it's so small as to be non-existent.

I'm trying to figure out what a Nigerian scammer letter crossed with a penis enlargement spam e-mail would be like.

I'm sure I could help you with that, but I'd better not. It wouldn't be nearly boring enough for this thread.

This post is sexually-oriented. But its sexual orientation is a private matter and I don't see how it's any of your business.
