Looking good. It looks like my car's twin. Could just be the lighting as I see your's is magnetic greay and I have driftwood pearl. Same Package though.
Here's my 08 touring package 5, spectra blue mica, leather and 18" wheels added at port. We asked for 17" wheels, but they were out so we got 18" upgrade for no extra charge. I've only had it since Wednesday, but I am so glad not to have to put $75 twice a week into my poor old Trailblazer! My husband's 08 same car but in the dark metallic grey will be in port on July 27th!
We've only had it less than a week and we're getting 41 mpg on the very first tank of gas (with A/C blowing on high - it's hot down here in FLA). Not sure if we should expect more or not - reading posts here it appears some folks get the same or less at first and start seeing an uptick after 500-1000-5000 miles on the car. Also heard the first portion of a tank of gas is not a good indicator of actual mpg. Heard the computer doesn't calculate properly when you increase wheel size. Not sure if true or not.
That looks really good. But, it is going to be really hard to get above 41 mpg. The weight of those 18s are heavy. They are Enkie and they were an option on the Scion TC. Did you give you the set of stock wheels and tires also?
I have had my Prius two months and I think that it is the best car I have ever owned. I simply love testing my ability to wring as much MPG as possible. I have a 20 mile commute about half-freeway and half surface street and am getting 56 MPG back and forth to work. I went on a 1000 mile road trip with a three people and a load of "stuff" and still got over 40 MPG even though we set the cruise control on 70 most of the way. The only trouble is that the money I save on gas gets spent on accessories for "Sipper". The brand of those wheels are Enkei. Toyota just rebadges them. A lot of the Honda wheels are made by Enkei.
Very nice looking wheels ~ after the Trailblazer, you're going to be gas-happy! eace: My son took my Blazer, but no payments so he can afford the gas.
It will be soon. I am on the Hymotion list since April. They just moved my install date from July to mid/late August. Now I just have to empty my garage. Chris
Bought the car in Feb. 08 with just 6 miles on it. I now have over 10,000 on it. Took it on a road trip to New York and back. I work at a steel factory and when I take the car to work, I an surrounded by trucks and SUVs and one of these days I going to walk out to the parking lot and find the car in the back of a pickup.
