my 2008 prious (package 5) is coming in and I am getting a factory sat radio. Not sure whether to get xm or sirius (I would listen to music rather then talk radio). I amcurious where the dactory xm antenna installationwould be. Any help appreciated
XM: on the dash. Sirius: center of the roof behind the AM/FM whip. I've heard (but didn't investigate) that the music is better on XM, plus you have MLB. Sirius has NPR and Howard Stern.
I have found XM music to be better than Sirius but Sirius carries NFL and XM NHL. I am debating putting in the sirius receiver and integrating with the JBL or looking into a Sirius Stiletto with docking.
i have just installed the sirius in my prius, had it in the trade-in. have xm on my dish network at home. prefer sirius. better music to me, 50s,60s,70s, sinatra, jazz and clasical.
