    Right now the six CDs I've lot loaded in the car are:

    1. Nael Yaim - she's the song on the Apple Air Book commercial (good CD)
    2. Rufus Wainwright - Want One - love him - great to sing to
    3. Carla Bruni - former French model and wonderful singer - recently married Pres of France
    4. Timbaland - well, do I HAVE to explain - turn up the music
    5. Will I Am - same
    6. Ingrid Michaelson - another "commercial" - the Old Navy Sweater song. Good CD.

    Rather mixed taste - love just about everything.

    Radio: Almost exclusively CBC Radio 2. "Music and Company" in the morning, and "Disc Drive" in the afternoon. How Canadian, eh? :p

    CDs: Although my taste in music is varied (classical, rock, world, rap, jazz, blues), while driving, I listen mostly to classical. Nothing beats Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries" (the music playing in the "Apocalypse Now" AirCav scene) for cutting through the afternoon rush hour!

    I heard this on “American Idol†a few weeks ago – Pocket Full of Sunshine – bought the CD. Natasha Bedingfield has the prettiest voice I’ve heard in a long time! The last 25 seconds of “Angel†gives me goosebumps. She really “got pipes†as Randy would say…
    So right now it’s “Pocket Full of Sunshineâ€:p

    Dragonforce speed metal is awesome.:cool: Through the Fire and the Flames!
    Hendrix is a GOD!:hail::hail::hail::hail:
    Kiss – one of the best shows I’ve ever seen.
    Grateful Dead – the stuff with Jerry, not the new stuff so much, in fact I don’t even have a CD of the new stuff. Saw them in 1969 in Buffalo. The FIRST rock concert I had ever been allowed to go to.
    Allman Bros. – second concert I went to, also in Buffalo. Had floor tickets, center section, row 3. Yes, Dicky Betts has a red guitar…when you get that close, it was all stage sound back then. With the 2 drummers the stereo effects were amazing.

    The Mermen

    This is a very good instrumental band with over 80 live shows available for download at the internet archive. For a sample of their live show, look at this video.

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSJs9b3-Cok"]YouTube - Mermen - Quest For Fear Jam[/ame]

    If you're interested in listening to an entire concert, I'd recommend this show from January of 2008 when the video above was shot.

    Depends on the kind of driving I'm doing. For long hauls I like the Tannahill Weavers.

    If I need to relax, I like the soundtrack from March of the Penguins.
