I'm trying to figure out why my tail lights went out and searched the fuse box for that fuse puller but I cannot find it. Can someone tell me where it is and how to get it out? Thanks!

On the right side of the fuse box there is a vertical row of four fuses; it's just below them, or should be. I'm glad you asked before I had to hunt for it in the snow or rain.

It is a very little white plastic device. If you can't find it, a pair of small long-nose pliers would work well for that purpose.

I gather that this trouble started after the body work at the Toyota shop? If so take it back to Toyota and tell them to diagnose and fix their screwup. If the underlying problem is not found and corrected you'll have dead taillights until the end of time.
