Yikes - sorry to hear about that Stev0. :frown: Glad you're ok though.

Hope you don't have to suffer in that rental car for too long!

Shame about your baby Steve0, but hope it gets better soon or goes to that big hybrid graveyard in the sky, whereupon you can make the same mistake as last time and get a magnetic gray Prius.... get a Blue one Steve0, you know it makes sense.... good luck anyway

Yes, I noticed this - if you disconnect the battery you lose radio station presets, mpg history, etc - but you do not lose your Nav locations. Even when I upgraded from the version 6.1 DVD to the 7.1 DVD (to get rid of "I Agree") I did not lose my programmed "home" location.

Congrats on getting your car fixed and back. :first:

Wow, I just saw your post!!, I am glad to hear you got your car back and it is all fixed up..

So, after the repairs would you say that it still looks new and not like it was in an accident?,

I always wondered how good the repair shops are in doing these kinds of repairs??

I hope it still drives well and you still get good MPG. Keep us posted on how things play out..

    Congrats, Steve!

Hopefully you can stay away from Hadley for a while. It only gets crazier when all the college parents come into town.

Yup, looks good as new. MPG seems better than ever (amount I was averaging last month before accident: about 40 MPG. Amount I averaged the 10 miles to home: 48.5 MPG. Of course, a month ago it was 35 degree F when I was leaving home).

Guess I was out of town when you posted this Stev0. Sorry to hear about your accident. Glad nobody was hurt and the car is back to like new. I've had a couple of fender-benders and a collision with a bad parking-lot entry bump. Always fixed up fine. Always a great pain in the nice person. But life goes on. In the end, it's just a car, not a puppy. I don't think I even posted about it at the time.

Glad to hear everything worked out. Being without it really makes you appreciate it more doesn't it?
