Okay, I'm kinda the wiki guru at work and completely know how to upload files and images and include them in my wiki pages but haven't quite figured it out on this forum. 1. How do you upload images? 2. Is there a size requirement? 3. Do you [[IMAGErius.jpg]] or is there another method. I'd appreciate anyone's help cause I do wanna upload the pics I took today.
I've only posted once, but I had already uploaded my photo to another site and just used the photo url from that site (i.e. photobucket.com). Doing that enables you to put the picture directly into your post. Under additional options, there is also a place to manage attachments where you can upload directly from your computer. I haven't tried that yet, but I believe it puts the thumbnails in your post for the viewer to click on. I'm not sure if there is a size limit.
2004 Prius is in shop for stalling while driving - techs say I left something on that drained battery....NO WAY! and this is the 3rd time the vehilde has stopped dead while I am driving....anyone with info? Thanks
I can be quite a hit for sure. Anywhere from 4-10mpg depending on the particular combo. I lost between 4-6mpg so I went back to stock.
Hello all! Here's my new Prius. No name yet -- still deciding. I appreciate all the information and opinion here at PriusChat -- it helped a lot in deciding which car and which package to buy. I'll miss my '94 Chrysler a lot, but it was time to move on. I've only put a bit over 1100 miles on the car, but I've noticed that once the car warms up, the mileage improves a lot, almost independently of how I drive it. Once it's warm I mostly get over 50 mpg (5 minute rolling averages) whether I'm at 65 mph on the highway, 35 on the river drives, or stop-and-go through the city. The 13 mile commute to work seems to average out to 38-43 mpg, but because of a bunch of longer trips my first three tanks have averaged in the high 40s (47.1, 48.7, 50.0). Sorry to wank about mileage, but I like doing more with less : ) -SpruceMoose
Nice pic! I spent 4 years right across the river from there....and many hours on the river. I miss Boston!
