I know I spelled that wrong But I never claimed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer. I have a 2003, 146K miles. I just changed to the xexon bulbs $5.50 each and they are much brighter 65/85 and white instead of incadesence yellow. The 2003 has daytime running lights and they seem to operate at maybe 75-80% at maybe 6-7 amps. Can anyone tell me if there are any cons in cutting into the low beam wires and installing a dash switch to turn them off. Thx, ED
Re: Day time Running lights, xexon At $5.50 a pop, they're not xenon but just regular high output bulbs.
Re: Day time Running lights, xexon They are advertised and packaged as Super White HID Xenon Bulbs. Well what ever they are, I like them very much at night but don't want the amperage draw during the day.
