Well maybe not, but this cartoon from the Daytona Beach paper was pretty funny none the less. :D

Hey do you think people here know who Kyle Bush is LOL. Sorry I missed that in the Daytona Beach Journal. We just left Daytona on Fri.am after a very nice weeks stay!! We always explore other places in Fl. but always seem to land back in Daytona, it's our favorite place to stay when we come to Fl.

    I think it's a perfect fit.

With proper drafting, mileage would be up and while the other cars are pitting for fuel the Prius would zip on by.

    Or not!

Isn't Tony Stewart's Home Depot car a Camry this year?

Willie, why didn't you wait and get the picture after the Prius shuffled into a podium position? I'd expect better than fourth.

Not really a camry. Just the lights and grill look like camry. If you look closely, you can see that the grill and lights are nothing but STICKERS. Yes, stickers.

Stock car in NASCAR is not even stock. It is just a rolling cage car with a v8 pushrod engine.

The SCCA races are more stock car racing than these fake purposely built drafting cars.

Guess, Toyota could decide to put in Prius looking stickers in their race cars call them Prius NASCAR. Now that would be the worst hybrid ever.... :lalala:

I'll take on any NASCAR vehicle: 100 miles, 2 gallons of fuel.

With the COT ("Car of Tomorrow", snicker), all of the cars are the same shape. Before the COT, Fords, Chevys, Dodges, Toyotas and Pontiacs had different body templates. But now they are all the same, only the stickers are different.

Yeah, I watch NASCAR. But that's only because my beloved Champ Car series has folded and been absorbed into Tony George's IRL (Inbred Racing League). FTG.
