I purchased my first Prius about 15 days ago maybe. Barecelona Red pkg 2. While I am at work last night, my wife takes her Jeep and trades it in on a new Prius Lt blue pearl pkg 2 ! :faint: I guess she couldnt take me having a Prius and she couldnt! Anyway she did it and I dont mind a bit! Now I am in a very good place with her! :kiss: So now we are a 2 Prius family! Them things is addictive!!:thumb:
Me and the wife have discussed getting her a Prius(she wants that ugly green one), and dumping her VW Beetle. I wouldn't mind becoming a 2 prius family, but I am sort of hoping I'll talk her into the Hylander Hybrid or into the Ford Escape / Mercury Mariner Hybrids.
I have been looking for a replacement for my wifes 12 year old RAV4, she likes the Prius but travels a little shorter commute than i do and we need a car to tow with sometimes so I was thinking a Corolla or Camry on LP Gas. I also have a classic Toyota Crown with no towbar and I was resisting fitting one. I think we may become a 2 Prius family also, hang the history the Crown is going to get a towbar and I hope to find an airconditioner for it. I only drive the old girl 2 or 3 times a year, it has less than 16,000 miles on it. The old girl can earn her keep as a tow car. Some time in the next 12 months I hope to have a 2 Prius family. Congrats!~!! We did the same thing.. Hubby got his 1st & I was looking at the Highlander/Escape Hybrids, but thought why pay that much more for the little more MPG you gain. I love my Prius!:high5:
My wife actually wanted either the green or the light blue. She happened to "find" the light blue first!
hmmm. dont know about that. I think they are both Female! "Lil Sheepy" for the wife "Lil Rachel" for mine. (an old GF I just have not forgotten!)
Mine is Prissy, because I like Prissy girls, and ironically it fits with the Smugness the Prius brings.
