Does anyone have a good source for a good quality front end mask for a 2008 Prius? My poor car is getting sandblasted on the Virginia highways and the front end is beginning to resemble a lunar landscape. I would like to get a good bra for the car. I read about the clear bra kits, not sure if that is ideal for me. Any advice \ source info would be greatly appreciated.

    try colgan, colgancustom.com

kind of on the expensive side, 130.77 for the standard 2 piece bra
and $135 for the "carbon fiber" look.

the instructions were okay i guess. they should include pictures of the
prius, because some of the places to put the straps had me confused.

Have you considered a 3m Clear Bra? Most Window Tint Shops install them for about $200. Invisible and yet very effective against whatever the road throws at the front end.

I got mine (Toyota brand) from Metro. Problem is, it's listed only for 04/05. The 06+ Prii have a small air dam below the front bumper that apparently makes the Toyota bra an especially tight fight (it's already pretty snug anyway). I seem to recall PC threads from folks that have used it and made it fit, though not without some grunting and cursing.

It's puzzling to me that Toyota hasn't made one specifically for the later models.

Yep - watch out, because from what I understand, the coastaletech one is also the Toyota one. We don't carry it in the Shop because dealerships are still trying to push it off as working for the 06 and above, and it just doesn't. Too many people were buying it and complaining because they read on other websites (ie dealership accessory shops) that it worked for the 06+.

Go with the LeBra suggestion. Stay away from the Toyota bra.
