Sure. Good Karma for everyone! (this is sorta up my alley...) [TJ, I am very sorry about EQ. Parvo is a baaaaddd thing. Pets go to the Rainbow Bridge, where they chase, and bark, and roll in sweet meadow grass, and have a wonderful time while they wait for us to arrive. When we get there, we can all understand each other.] The next poster has a deadline staring him/her in the face.
Yep. Several in the next four months: National Board Certification, Master's degree e-portfolio, I'm sewing my academic regalia for my convocation on May 20, and I have several tasks for school. The next poster is missing their dead laptop and dreading the call saying it is too expensive to fix. (T.J. I'm so sorry for EQ. You did the best you could and I'm sure his last moments were peaceful because he was in your arms.Artistic etchings Sand Carved Creations Rainbow Bridge)
No, no laptops here. Could be on our list of future purchases though. The next poster can't wait for Spring to get back in the garden and start hiking again without 10 layers of clothes. (TJ, sorry to hear about your recent health dilemma and your little puppy. It's hard enough losing a pet that has lived a full, happy, healthy life. I feel sad for you that you're having to endure all of this.)
Yes, I like spring. The next poster might be pleased to know, that I got a Beagle/Bassett mix (one year old), called OBI that I rescued from the Humane Society. He loves my Beagle dB already, and is fine with the cats! And has all his shots and is fixed. (and thanks for all the kind words. I appreciate them, and I know that EQ is doing so much better where he is now...)
Yes. I am extremely pleased to see Obi has found a loving, forever home and is loving it in return. The next poster is doing some gardening and some composting today. (Giving the worms a banana peel.)
No... no gardening today. The next poster is going to see professional bull riders tonight. Yee haw!!
Yes! I was listening some short stories on NPR yesterday and thought that'd be fun. The next poster is not going outside today because of -20F temperature with 40mph gusting winds.
actually it's another sunny, beautiful day today and we're thinking of taking our little bird for another ride in the car to get some fresh air. *but this weather in feb still weirds me out. the next poster is making hot cereal.
Not yet, but I should be cooking up some oatmeal. The next poster partied too hard last night. [The wedding was wonderful, the quilt came out of the dryer 15 minutes before I had to dash out the door to the wedding. I looked gorgeous, DH was absolutely debonair, and the bride was incredible. We survived. Wooo Hooo.]
If you call working on the racecar and going to dinner and having iced tea and steak a party! The Next poster cant believe that it went from + 30 to - 30 overnight and is getting some more wood for the fire.
Yes... that is hard for me to comprehend considering it's 82 here today in So Cal. The next poster is listening to their iPod on shuffle mode and is rediscovering songs they'd forgotten about. (Glad to hear the wedding was such a success Rae. And congrats on getting the quilt done too.)
Well, yesterday I did watch "Breakfast at Tiffany's" on my Ipod Touch - does that count as "rediscovering wonderful old things"? How about the next poster playing the slots in Vegas and winning more than $200 on a $20 investment.
Man, I wish. The next poster had dinner at his house with two of his nephews, and it was BBQ YUMMY!®
Close! I had dinner with two of my nieces and it was BBQ. The next poster got a cute home-made valentine card from their great nephew.
Nope. Only have regular nephews and one niece and don't expect a valentine's card from any of them. Or my brother or sister either. Or anyone else besides my Mother. The next poster just misplaced the only cable they have for the external harddrive that has all of their back-up files.
nope, hope you find it! the next poster is dreading the upcoming week, but is excited at the same time.
(Priuschat short-circuits b/c of all the broke next-posters) Meantime, in a Peace Corps country, the next poster is reading this on a wind-up lap top ...
