So I have this old 20GB external firewire drive, but my recent needs have evolved beyond GB's and external drives and on to TB's and NAS devices. I don't want to just junk the thing, though, and I figured recycling/donating it is better. I know there are a lot of Mac users on here. Do any of you want a 20GB firewire drive? I'll send it out for the price of shipping.
Would you donate it to my school library? Bell Middle School 620 Briarwood Rd. San Diego, CA 92139 Attn: Library
Not really age/grade level appropriate for grade 6-8, 11-14 year olds. However, we can still take it and put it in the professional library for the adult book swap. There are a few adults on campus I can steer to the book for some lively discussion. This is California, after all.
Cool. Thanks. We take all books. Anything that isn't age or grade appropriate goes in the adult book swap.
Sure! I was hoping someone would pick up the tab for shipping, but if it's going to kids' education, I guess I can spare the few $. I want to scrub the drive before I send it along, but you can tell them it should be there in a week or two.
You've just told them. I'm the Teacher Librarian on site. I don't have any firewire or USB drives and sometimes they come in handy so thank you very much.
