I was in Tucson in October. We went hiking every day and loved it there. The Organ Pipe Monument was spectacular! We went to dinner in town and there were literally a hundred or more people dressed up as ghouls roaming the streets. Were you one of them?

Welcome and enjoy your new car!

I haven't been to Organ Pipe yet. I'm fairly new to AZ, having moved from NYC 2 years ago.

I work 75 miles east of Tucson and drive through some of the most beautiful mountain ranges every day, the dragoons, the Chiricahua mountains and of course Texas Canyons. Lots of hiking trails and Cochise Stronghold is is a popular hiking spot.

My favorite hiking place though is Sedona. If you haven't been there yet, put it on your to-do list.

I drive 150 miles daily and so far I'm so happy. I'm averaging 45 mpg, and I only have 350 miles on my Prius. I'll probably have my first fill up at around 500 miles. Most of my drive is highway, but there is 20 miles of local roads after I exit I-10.

Congrats on the new ride. With your Harley, if it is a larger displacement will not come close to your Prius. Since you are living in a warmer part of the country, you should get great mpg every tank. ;) With my Prius, it is almost jsut as good as my Vulcan 900LT. This winter, I've been up and down between 43 to my best ever 48 mpg.

    Enjoy your new toy.:D
