It is, but not the color it was most of my life. It's gray/blonde, due to aging, and that was the original. The next poster is listing to Symphony No. 8 in E-Flat: "Symphony of a Thousand" - Pt. Two: Final Scene from Goethe's "Faust": Poco Adagio
No, nothing nearly that cultured. I think my teenagers are a bad influence on me. The next poster feels better than they did yesterday, but isn't cured yet.
No... I have "I don't want to work-itis" today, so I don't think I'm cured. The next poster has to have ice in anything they drink.
No, I didn't have any ice either in my "hot" coffee or bottled water. But the night is not over yet! The next poster will probably think up something unusal for the following poster to answer yes or no to. Hopefully it won't be on religion! Yes? No?
Yes! The next poster's nerves are shot because they've spent the last 2 hours trying to stop all the blasted smoke dectectors in their house from beeping. (And where are the batteries when you need them?? Had to make an emergency run to Krogers and even new batteries didn't help. Ended up disconnecting all 5 and plan to make a trip to Home Depot with them tomorrow.)
Not tonight, but we have had that happen! We ended up switching out all the lovely, electric detectors with good, old-fashioned battery ones (after our third night of 2am mass detectoritis. Our house is still standing, months later, so I don't think it was a fire, after all). The next poster is trying to talk the spouse into going to bed. Um, honey....?
No, but my Mom used to say I needed my head read. The next poster prefers not to sleep with someone who snores.
Yes. I hate it when the dog snores. The next poster spent another day alone at work (colleague sick) and is starting to get tired of this.
Yep - it's been cloudy and drizzly here but at least we got a break from the storms. The next poster got their W2 forms today. Oh joy - tax season!
They're called T4s here, but are no less joyous. I have a good start on most of them, though. The next poster has stayed up too late yet again.
Yes.And I'm cranky. But that's not the only reason. The next poster is cranky because their work colleague is absent AGAIN today leaving them all alone AND Bank of America (those ba$turds) have bought out Countrywide, their mortgage holder.
i'm cranky but for a different reason. our property manager called me at 10:30 asking if she could show our apartment at 3. nevermind that it's almost 60 days before the end of our lease and we don't have to deal with this crap until the 30 day mark, whatever happened to NOTICE? cripes. the next poster is happy to be looking for a new apartment.
No. The next poster just heard about the 150 mpg extreme hybrid prototype vehicle that needs to be plugged in, but runs 40 miles just on the electric.
