And, yes, Darell, some folks couldn't care less about the environment. I know it's incomprehensible, but if humans are capable of believing the the universe was created 6,011 years ago by a man who lives in the sky and will make you rich if you send money to televangelists, then they are capable of defecating in their own drinking water with a smile on their face. It's all part of the absurdity of the human condition.

Unfortunately, voting Republican is ALMOST as bad as voting Democrat these days, they are all about the same IMHO. All they want is to spend, spend, spend. They lie to the people, tell them what they want to hear just to get elected, and then once elected, they only look out for #1. Hannity and Limbaugh are nothing more than shills for the Republican party. I am a fiscal/social conservative who stopped voting Republican when Reagan left office. I now vote my conscience, usually for the Constitution Party (God, Family, Republic), and yes, I PROUDLY display my NRA life membership sticker on my Prius!

 

I'm registered independent, though I was Republican. They are all so full of shit anymore it almost makes me not want to vote.
