Her positions were essentially the same as Biden's.

And everyone outside the US doesn’t believe there are liberals or liberal parties in the US.

both parties viewed as being hard right

That belief has brought the US to today.

Having the center right party become more right won't help.

Many of those further right results are still left of the Democrats. They are also likely a temporary shift in that the populace was angry over inflation.

any body remember while growing up, hearing the phrase "there are people starving in china, finish what's on your plate"

here's a month old video touching the same theme, only difference it's not only about china at this time.

... yet another one of our proud democrat friends, well on his way to the gray bar motel, to share an 8 X 10 with lonesome, misunderstood Bubba:

UPDATE: Police Identify the Anti-Musk Male Driver Who Boxed in and Brutally Beat Helpless Woman in Arizona While She Was Sitting in Her Tesla | The Gateway Pundit | by Cullen Linebarger

Political assault upon a senior citizen, a woman, age 61? Add (1) special circumstances, plus (2) elder-abuse to his felony assault charges. That's going to be an automatic five year sentence, minimum.

But, here in the democrat utopia of Mexifornia (e.g., metropolitan Los Angeles), dearest Robert Atherton could reasonably expect little more than a week's community service, a token fine, his criminal record expunged after a month's good behavior, on probation.

Arizona? Wild-wild west, it's a crap-shoot. His fate wholly depends upon the judge assigned. Democrat judge, the whole thing is likely to be dropped, on a technicality -

He won because of perceived loss and uncontrollable changes in society due to the pandemic. (It also doesn’t hurt that 1 out of 7 absentee ballots are thrown out and that places like Georgia remove the same 800,000 voters from the rolls every election)

Combined this with a psychological concept where if you constantly hear negative things eventually you enter a constant fight or flight mode, becoming incapable of differentiating right wrong, true / untrue and people dig in their heels and loose common sense. Read right wing social media and see how right wing comments read and it’s clear that they are reactionary giving responses in alignment with fight or flight.

It only follows, Worldwide regardless of who was in power during the pandemic, they aren’t now, party affiliation doesn’t matter because people were enraged by things outside everyone’s control. It’s part of the political playbook that you don’t want to be a rebound candidate voted in entering something like a pre-existing pandemic, the result is always the same as people harbor feelings about the pandemic and associate them with those in power.

Why Trump won is textbook following something like a pandemic and everyone knew it would happen if democrats won in 2020, democrats winning 2020 was a gift to trump because he could blame all his mistakes and fallout on a scapegoat.
People are that predictable and stupid.

Circa 2020, The best things democrats could have done was lay down and let Trump win the white house while doing their best to keep a slight majority in the senate.

If they would have done this the plans to disassemble democracy would have been incomplete and due to the pandemic being guaranteed to be handled the same or far worse we likely would now be in a place for new parties because the R wouldn’t win for 20 years similar to what happened after FDR

People who were strongly anti-democrat protesting for various progressive causes like Palestine have been completely silent (I’ve been getting daily anti-Biden/Kamala commentary from so called progressives for 3.5 years, it slowed down but the progressives are still releasing anti-democrat content on social media, but now they don’t talk about any of their causes) even appearing to agree with the current regime, makes you wonder if the leave-Kamala campaign attributed to progressives wasn’t.

until democratic voters learn to quit attacking themselves ignoring the other party…

All I know is each party blames the other for all the problems, blames the other of being unconstitutional and illegal, takes the credit for all the solutions, promises that if kept in power will make everything better, and prophesies that if the other is kept in power everything will be worse.

About natural gas, I work with a lot of republicans and they all seem to hate the companies' CNG trucks. So it seems obvious to me that republicans also hate natural gas things too. I guess we just live in a world of hate anymore.

Saying we should do something about harmful indoor emissions isn't hate.

I don't think the people I work with are concerned about any kind of emissions. They delete their emissions things on their vehicles whenever possible.

The CNG trucks were bought in order to lower emissions. But the guys at work think they are just a waste of bed space as the CNG tank takes up part of the bed. Not that we often have anything that big we need to put in the bed. We mainly use the trucks to haul around orange cones and road work signs.
