To replace the 201.6 volt, 125 amp, 6.5 amphour hybrid battery? Why?

If the highest-output ones you're looking at can give 5 amps. you'll be looking at around 1,350 of them, in something like a 54s25p configuration. You'll also need to build a battery management system able to prevent imbalances developing within or between those 25 strings of 54, and work out how to make your BMS communicate with the car's HV control ECU.

It sounds like a good source of headaches ....

Over covid I upgraded an old electric E300 scooter, overvolting it to 36v powered with 3 18650 custom packs. This is the same thing, just a tad more upscaled right? :)

The scooter would just overheat and burn itself in flames on the sidewalk and won’t need to call the fire department. If a car does that, you’ll be on the news.
