I recently got my head gasket replaced on my 2010 Prius. Before that I changed my spark plugs , ignition coils and fuel injectors. After the replacement the misfires went away , but after driving it for a few days they returned cylinder 1 and 2 are misfiring.i plugged tech stream into it and have included the pictures of the fuel trims and 02 sensors V. I'm not sure what could be causing the engine shaking after sitting for a long time then turning it on. Seems to be like the shaking before the head gasket just not as much shaking , any known fixes I can try ?

Well you fixed your head gasket so if that's fixed then that should be that I changed the whole engine that fixed the problem for about 5,000 mi and it came back about like you're describing here not quite as bad and all that and the car sitting out here rattling away anytime you turn it on I just gave up on the piece of mess to generation 3 it's not meant to be kept so in lieu of spending more money on a black hole just left it alone It's unfortunate The only thing good about the car was the paint and the soft tech interior or at least the seats.

Update : it's intermittent, so the check engine light turns off when I drive it to AutoZone tonight , when I plugged the scanner back it , it still read the misfires but no check engine light

Usually in my car while the misfires are happening the check engine light will flash with the skip of the engine so I can look at the check engine light and see it flashing erratically and I can feel it inside of the car by the way the engine's running if more than one cylinder is misfiring the light really gets going It's almost like something at a disco . So now unfortunately you need to look back in those cylinders and see what is causing the miss. Low compression. valve. Or water intrusion.

Well I can rule out water intrusion since the coolant level is the same as when I got it back,, they did the valve job when I took it to the machine shop , so the only thing missing is low compression most likely the spark plug or the ignition coils since I replaced the fuel injectors recently. My guess is that the spark plugs got wet from before the head gasket replacement

Check ALL the connectors, and make sure nothing is loose, or that a wire is broken.
Which plugs did you buy? Where did you buy them?
I recently had an NGK plug fail at about 60,000 miles. Autozone didn't have the Bosch ones when
I needed them. That's why I got the ngk's, but not again. They had the Bosch this time.

I believe I got NGk this time at AutoZone and I have life time warranty on the ignition coils, so I'll probably change those out this weekend and see what happens
