    That symbol shows regardless if a device is fully connected or not, even when a device is connected and fully operational. Am I the only one who ever saw that icon? I'm sure many here have seen in the past.

    Image appears on the MDF itself, and is always showing (including when a photo is successfully connected and working as expected.)

    I'm thinking "photo" is a typo or auto-wrong for "phone".

    What I can't figure out is the background. What menu or screen is that from?

    are you putting an image / photo that's on your phone onto one of the display MFD / MID screens in the car?

    If yes and there are instructions how to do that in the owners manual that would be a great addition to this forum.

    I will get a photo of the icon in context. This icon is always present and nothing I have done to customize the MDF / MID etc. Presumed it was smart phone related yet smart phone works great (Apple Car Play.) Car is still newer to us and haven't noticed anything not working.
