Engine Bay Fuse Box Disconnected Wire. Help!

    Hello. I was looking into the jump connection for my Toyota Prius 2013.
    To my surprise, I have a disconnected wire!
    Can anyone help me out and let me know how to reconnect this wire back in place?
    wondering if this had anything to do with my battery draining out and having intermittent 12 volt power loss.
    Any help is greatly appreciated. Picture below.

    That doesn't look very OEM.

    Looks like poorly executed aftermarket power taps.

    Yes. Think the wire was too short and it pulled out of the
    yes. Think it was connected to the red wire, (bottom left corner of pic) and then connected upper left corner, just above the connected red wire.
    Think the disconnected wire was too short and it just disconnected and pulled out.
