    Dear Sir,
When I charge my Prius PHV model 2015 after charging for 20 seconds then the light starts blinking for a while and then turns off. Sometimes, it charges fully taking time abut 1.2 hours. I need help to solve it properly.

Any lights on the dash warning messages triangles anything that alerts you to something you need does the car actually need to be charged???? Usually these cars talk to you pretty good and let you know what's happening I don't have a p h e v personally so while I do with the volt but has nothing to do with the Toyota. It should pretty pretty clear there should be some flashing light something you can look up in your owner's manual of such a thing exists

An issue like that is usually a ground fault issue. You need to narrow down the issue. Problem may be on the building electrical side or the car side. I don't know how 'clean' or reliable your power is, where your plugged-in. Whenever I'm overseas, I usually have to resort to a combination line conditioner and UPS to get clean power to my high-end computing systems.

    Hope this helps....

Just had this happen to me last fall. Over a period of a couple weeks the cable stopped working. I purchased a replacement cable on eBay and that solved the problem. I saved the OEM cable in case I find someone is repairing them. Hope that helps. (data: I have a 2014 pip with 104,000 miles. My EV range has diminished in the last few years from 12 miles down to 9 miles now. Still enough to get me to and from work with very little gas.)
