I have a 2010 Prius. I replaced the master cylinder/actuator and accumulator/pump with new Toyota parts. I have a Topdon Artidiag900 Lite scan tool. I am trying to bleed the brakes and do the Linear Valve offset learn. When I try to do the bleed procedure, the scan tool says "Failed to communicate with module". I can connect and read live data, also i can read and erase DTC's, so it is communicating. I have bled the system, but I cannot get to the linear valve offset. Any ideas what to try next?

Seems quite a few have this problem I don't know whether it's a scanner issue or something else I mean at this point I would be pulling out my CF19 toughbook with TIS on it and see if the Toyota software will do it some don't have that luxury I've had communication problems before.

Consider phoning a dealership service department, see what they’d charge? And if they’d be willing to, in light of DIY replacement? Assuming it’s drivable, at least to them and back.
