The 2025 Toyota 4Runner is the SUV sister to the 2024 Toyota Tacoma and, thus, it gets the same 6th generation powertrains with some tweaking of the grade availabilities. Like the 2024 Tacoma i-FORCE MAX you'll get 326 hp (243.1 kW) and 465 lb-ft (630.5 N m) of torque. If you stick to basics like the 2025 4Runner 4x2 SR5 gets 8 hp (6 kW), 39 lb-ft (52.9 N m) of torque, and 5 mpg more for a mere $65 increase over the outgoing V6 4.0L equipped 2024 4Runner 4x2 SR5. Jump into the lowest grade i-FORCE MAX is the 2025 4Runner 4x4 TRD Off-Road i-FORCE MAX and the price jumps a premium $7,440 over the 2024 4Runner 4x4 TRD Off-Road with the 4.0L V6 and 5-speed ECT. With that you'll get 6 mpg more along with a 56 hp (41.8 kW) and 187 lb-ft (253.5 N m) torque increase.

Sticking with the TRD Off-Road grade, yes the size is slightly bigger at 3.6" (119mm) longer, 2.1" (53mm) wider, 2.1" (53mm) higher and a 2.4" (61mm) longer wheelbase than the 2024 model.
