So I got the p0a80 in my yaris hybrid 2012 120k km.I have measured all the cells and the values across the cells are 8v soh 90% and internal resistance 6.5 mohm. Prior to this I have cleaned the busbars and batt fan, deleted the code with my obd scanner but the alert came back.. Does anyone found a solution for this?

    Thanks

Take a look at the freeze frame data for the P0A80 code. You should be able to tell which battery block is bad.

So, you are using a standard automotive battery load tester to test the modules of the hybrid battery? Why are you doing that? That battery tester is not designed to test the hybrid battery modules. The only good information that it will give you is the voltage of the module.

You need a scan tool that can read the freeze frame data for the P0A80 code OR buy a new OEM hybrid battery for your car.
