new to the chat - hope you guys can help me return my 'plug-in'.

I've got a 2013 Prius Plug-in, and it seems that I am missing a metal clip where the charging cable secures to the charging port. The 220V charger works fine, my normal charger cable does not. Am I right that I am missing a metal clip? And if so, where can I get a replacement?

    Thanks! Erik

it's hard to tell from the picture. can you pull the evse handle out without pushing the button down with your thumb?
the clip is only there so you can't do that. when you push the button down, it stops charging, so the pins won't get burned out from making the connection with power on.
if your 240v evse works, than there is something wrong with your 120v evse.
if you want to replace the inlet, try ebay or salvage or a dealer.
