You say the 2020 was unfair, then you have to prove it. Speculation is not proof, that’s why the courts threw the claims out. Hillary never said she was cheated, she conceded. Harris conceded. These are the law abiding people, not the thing who made up stories about winning, wildly speculating and making up stuff, never conceded, and acted like a little boy throwing a tantrum.

Impeach is to simply "bring charges against" not remove from office, first. Second, everything failed and even mainstream media started calling it a witch hunt. He's NOT a good guy we've found out, but trying the whole Russian collusion thing and various tales from women saying certain things, etc..just stuff losers with no evidence go after instead of attacking his policies. I will hold him accountable for pandering to AIPAC this time but that's a whole different story.

Correct on meaning of 'impeach'. I think we all get that, and nobody here thinks he was removed from office in his first term. On "everything failed", well, as tochatihu reminds, both House resolutions to impeach succeeded. The House is where impeachment happens and so he was twice impeached. The Senate, where the resulting trial occurs, failed to convict, both times.

The first roughly half of Mueller's report presents evidence that Russia, at government level, was taking actions to bolster his campaign, that the campaign knew about it, did not report it appropriately or take steps to object, and in fact took actions of its own intended to benefit from those by Russia. The second half of the report presents evidence that the investigation into all of that was actively obstructed.

When people harp on "no collusion", what they're harping on is a very narrow question of "did Trump campaign officials and Russian officials meet or converse to plan those coordinated actions together?" It's true that no evidence of that happening was found in the obstructed investigation. Kind of a caviling thing to harp on in light of the bigger picture though.

 

The only one impeached twice, there should have been more, and to have members of his own party vote to remove from office. I think there were seven. A record that likely will stand through history. People who can’t believe this was justified are in a cult. That’s the only explanation.

The Constitution has provisions for removal, which should have easily succeeded given the acts committed. The founders never thought a Senate could be so partisan.
