Finally got my Bluetooth veepeak scanner in with dr Prius app and did ran some test after driving my car for about 30 minutes. Here are the test results: first is while I was driving and second is while the ignition is off.

What I want to know is if the cumulative delta indicates which blocks should be replaced, and if so which ones? Also if not should I just rebalance the battery or can the cells be reconditioned?

Well I had issues with the car getting into ready mode intermittently with code U0293 and went through the last 1 year and a half swapping HV ECU and even the ECM to no avail ultimately cause 2 weeks later the code would trip up again! Finally someone on youtube video suggested that I check the battery ecu and the high voltage battery and I saw that pin 22 on voltage ECU was slightly burnt looking.

Upon inspecting the high voltage battery I saw that the ground wire connecting to pin 22 was completely corroded and black and many of the bus bars were corroded along the battery blocks!

Finally bought a replacement battery ECU and battery harness wire, cleaned all my bus bars, reconnected everything and my car has been starting with no issues at all. Drove it for about 15 minutes and the red triangle came on entering the car in limp mode with battery fan blasting!

Next 2 days I tried driving and the red light would come on in like 5 minutes! Went to Toyota cause I didn’t have dr Prius app at the time and they showed P3000, and P3020 that “battery block 10 gets weak” of course with recommendation that I change my battery ECU and battery pack for an arm and a leg.

First thing I did from though upon further investigating from another post here was to make sure I put all the bus bar nuts to proper torque specs 48inch pounds. So I removed the battery did just that and found a lot of buses were lose or too tight, placed it back in that night and my car started with no lights at all drove with no issues… I thought that was odd and too good to be true so I left my car alone and decided to order everything I need to take care of the issue my self. That’s when I read up on reconditioning and rebalancing batteries!

Which where I’m at this point! My car has sat for about two weeks since I’ve ordered the CQ3 battery charger, Veepeak Bluetooth adapter for the dr Prius app that all got delayed because of Florida hurricanes, and other family emergencies.

Hence what I showed you from yesterday. I don’t know since my car is running well have drove it for 45 miles with no problems if this is even a cause for concern. I don’t know if the delta readings mean I should replace cells or recondition at all. Someone else I know suggested that maybe what happened is that since I left my car sitting it properly rebalanced in a way… I don’t know…

Hopefully this all gives you a good idea what’s going on.
