Hey guys i’m a brand new licensed driver so i just started driving my prius that i got a few months ago, it’s a 2015 prius two, anyway my driver side door locks normally with my key fob and the lock/unlock button inside the car, on the other hand the other 3 doors need to be locked/unlocked manually. Anyone know why this may be and how to fix it myself?

You mean you didn't get the passenger door key FOB when you bought the car?

OK, joke aside, this is a safety feature to prevent the case where someone hides on the other side of your car and jumps in when you unlock it. Somewhere there is a setting to change this IIRC.
    Maybe check the manual.
Or it is something a dealer can do.
I seem to recall that with the car off you can press and hold lock and unlock for a few seconds until the car beeps

I only picked up my gen 3 this past weekend, but if they are like every other car I have encountered, they usually allow you to unlock the driver door on the first fob unlock and unlock all doors if you do a second unlock. Thats how my gen 2 was and I never saw a need to change that.

That only explains why someone set it to not auto-unlock. I'm not remembering any setting choice that would cause just the driver door to lock, without locking the other doors.

I've had my front door actuators replaced once on each side under warranty, and just had to do it again for the passenger side outside of warranty. Its a semi-common issue where they stop working electronically if you search here. Never had an issue with the rear doors but I rarely use them. Very bad luck to have 3/4 of them not working at the same time.

Here is a video for replacing the rear ones if you want to try it yourself:
