IIRC @Raytheeagle managed it once, said it made the process way too difficult. Something to that effect.

What is the cowl? The plastic tubing can't imagine I didn't have a whole lot off to have the cooler off then when I reinstalled it I put some bolts where there were studs on purpose

Okay I was wondering about that yeah I can't imagine even attempting that for the 22 minutes that it takes to take the cowl and the wiper motor and that nonsense off and throw it in the trunk or on the floor You got to be kidding that seems like you'd be working around your rear end to get to your other elbow or something along those lines that would seem really foolish but I guess if the wiper tray and the wiper motor scare you that much or you think it's going to take that long to take out well you might want to revamp that especially if you're using an electric screwdriver and what have you All of that stuff whips out as fast as I can lift the hood up the cooler is another story a little bit but the wiper cowling yeah sometimes here where I am when I'm working on one of these cars and I have that out and I'm going to be a few days sometimes I just leave it out don't even have the wipers in the car It doesn't rain that much here and I have rain ex on the windshield pretty much

I recall watching @NutzAboutBolts spark plug change video, thinking “you’ve got to be joking”: 90% of the process is pulling all this nonsense off, because the the ignition coils need about one mother-loving inch more clearance to lift out. But yeah at least its pretty straightforward.

link to an EGR cleaning workflow, and it links the @NutzAboutBolts video too:

Apparently it can be done on a right hand drive car such as in the UK

Not saying it's impossible but why would you want to spend all the extra time and contort your body to do such a thing all just to save 12 minutes removing the wiper tray but hey whatever it takes you know some people just have to do it.
