I think BMW has a better idea, having one wide display, instead of two separate ones on the Prius.
I'm a big guy, but I manage to fit when I lower the seat all the way and move it back.
The center console opens up, but I wish there were more storage room.
There are two USB-C ports on the front dash, one is marked for data and one for power.

Our eldest son is 6'-7"; I'm 5'-11"ish. On the few occasions he's driven our 3rd gen, it's comical the next time I hop into the driver's seat, like falling into a pit. Think Pappy Yokum...

I think he's saying the seats move and can be quite accommodating in general. He was just relating to the whole "seat pushed back and lowered down" comment, not everything needs to be hyper specifically about the Gen 5 models :p

The seats adjust even more in the gen5 I think. My husband isn't terribly tall, but his torso is longer in proportion than his legs. He couldn't get comfortable in my 2012, but he really likes the gen 5. Not sure why, but it seems to have more adjustability.

I appreciate the split displays with the most relevant info in the traditional position straight ahead. I'm 6"1 and fit comfortably, no issues with roof height.

Just bought the car on Saturday and I noticed even when I carry the smart key fob, I cannot open the trunk directly without pressing the open button on the keyfob, but only the front door?! Is it the setting or ???

If one door SKS, I believe you have the settings to everything unlocking with the driver's door. Then touching that door handle should be enough to unlock the hatch.

They have to punish base model buyers somehow. Th
Yeah, the fob can either unlock just the driver's door, or all doors. The function can be switched by owner. Commencing on page 113 of North American Owner's Manual:

Thank you Mendel Leisk for your help.

Yes, you can set to have the driver door open only or all doors. I changed to all doors, but I still have to touch the door or press the remote before I can open the hatch. I cannot open the hatch directly when I want to load the groceries I bought. Thanks anyway.

Always seems to me like Toyota was looking for some way to “punish” buyers of the base model. Maybe not the best descriptive, but it feels like it.

Pretty much. The base Maverick doesn't have cruise control. The old ways of doing so(manual windows, no radio) might cost the manufacturer more these days.

Are you able to roll down the side windows with the keyfob? Owner's manual says this setting must be customized by the dealer (p113). I texted my salesperson and he said it's not available on the Prius...Has anyone been able to setup this feature?

Very interesting. Now I'm wondering about my husbands new 25 Camry. He likes that function, I don't ever use it so it isn't a issue.

you may want to ask your questions in one of the other gen 5 threads. more people may see it as this one was danny's when gen 5 first came out.

I live in Souther California and weather sometimes gets up to 110, so I use that feature a lot in my Q5 before getting inside(even hotter inside).

I read on another forum that a 2023 Prius owner purchased:

Used Camry alloy rims, options were
    205/65R16
    or
215/55R17 but there might be a clearance issue
