Interesting, thanks for sharing! I’d remove the “passenger” headrest while driving for better visibility. I do this in the rear seats of my unmodified V for everyday use.
I was thinking this, but as I hope last photo shows I don't really think it blocks anything noteworthy(Still see full side view mirror etc) from at least my eye level. The headrest does however brush the ceiling felt/visor depending on slide position and seat tilt.. If I can find a scrap car, I think I'd like to try reforming a fpassenger headrest(Shorter, and neck support to simulate reclined recliner, only for use when stationary). I've also been thinking about GPS/phone mounts lately.. I wonder if replacing the visor requires anything extensive(wired for power, and wouldn't want to remove ceiling felt/otherwise); getting an old visor and installing a phone mount there tapping into vanity mirror power, could be interesting.. I was noticing (for someone with my height anyway) a ceiling mounted(or built into visor with angle adjustment) horizontal phone could work without obstructing any view percentage. I have been trying to keep the rear view mirror unobstructed, but some fridge/freezer units I have are 'tempting', and not strictly necessary for that mirror I guess... I already have a Dometic drawer fridge that is a bit awkward/large, seen in one of the pictures(not installed yet); Seems like one of those 12v cooler shaped compressor fridge/freezer combos might fit a but better; thinking access to spare tire when necessary... Other questions I'm pondering.. With traction battery air intake 'good', does the exhaust matter, can I remove all that foam and filler above the spare; I think it directs the airflow maybe down past the 12V battery, but cooling there won't be necessary with LifePO4 replacement hmmm..
Household hurricane clips I plan to use to secure the 'floor' from going forward, I'd like to use hinges for cleaning but that would cost a bit more and odd size/shape. Reversed seat will be unoccupied when underway( except for ~55lb dog), I think 2 of the 4 bolts should be sufficient(that's not a vehicle ender).
You should probably remove the passenger side seat all together. You have no seat belt for it and the leg room is questionable at best. Crammed up against the dash board takes away the reclining feature too. Probably better to use that space for a fridge, power pack, and storage. Move it behind the driver's seat, where you can partially utilize the recline feature. Placing the heavy power pack batteries on the passenger side will balance out the car a bit - better driving dynamics. I'm a tallish guy so the extra sleeping head room would be welcome.
That wood 'floor' could be extended into the front without passenger seat giving just over 6 feet of flat to lay on... Not 'living' in the car, I find lowering front seat into the back makes both a great recliner and just sleepable bed with appropriate sloped pillow/padding. However the front passenger seat is suit usable in a 'working reclined position' reversed as it is there.. I put a pillow under calves ON the wood 'floor' and it's just like a recliner chair. Worth playing with if making your own decisions. I'm about 5'10; 220lb; I worry a bit about strength of drivers seat hinge; but figure I'd find a parts seat somewhere if it breaks.

The wood behind the fridge is used to be snug with a closed hatch; on high acceleration the fridge won't slide back; tie-downs and back seat keep everything else snug. It's a bit awkward, but on removal fridge strap; one can lift out the first foam tray and (I did say awkward, need to bounce/lift things) access/remove spare tire without needing to move fridge/batteries/inverter.I also drilled a 4-5" hole in the most forward foam tray to stuff rarely needed things((fixaflat) inside without removing tray. Not much to look at in this picture, but the side window window coverings fit in the sunroof; I made the mistake of buying 'double layered foil/thermal reflector insulation(household residential) so it's over twice as thick as it needs to be and doesn't fit as well as single bubble foil would(imo)... I'm musing about getting single bubble for more space, and maybe sticking a couple of flat/flexible solar panels up there; big as possible.. be worth the test to see how much the tint/plastic 'takes away' from the panel. Seems like a couple of 17.25x32" solar panels might fit...
I think you will not get a lot of deprecation in the comments (eg expressions of disapproval), but as a way to speed up its value depreciation you may be on to something.
